Everything is guaranteed to sell. It is not guaranteed to sell within a specific time frame. Over time, if we see that an item is simply not selling, we will buy it back at your cost. We buy back damaged or returned merchandise at your cost.
If a retailer asks us to buy back an item, we generally buy it back. If an item is not working for our customer, it’s not working.
However, we do reserve the right to deny a refund if the package is not easily identified as our product or marked in a way that would preclude future resell.
The simple answer is no. There are many reasons why we adopt this policy, but the two most pressing are :
There are no monthly minimums. if for some reason you would like to skip service for a month, that is your choice.
it does us no good to overload your rack for a short term gain. For this reason we have our own service standards that direct our sales reps to skip service if the rack is full.
Our relationship should be a win-win venture.
There are no long term commitments. We sincerely believe our product is profitable on a number of levels.
If for some reason it does not work for your situation, we simply buy back the remaining inventory, collect our rack, and part as friends. Selling toys should not be a risky, high-pressure venture.
